After submitting your order, wait for a text confirming that it is ready. The adult named on the order must collect it and bring a valid, unexpired physical government-issued photo ID.

After your order is ready, follow the instructions sent by text. Contact the store when you arrive, keep your physical ID ready, and remain in your vehicle unless a Gynsyng team member provides different instructions.
